I started to notice lots of my friends doing swimming so I gave it a go and over some time I got good at it.
By training hard.
Love it, live it, do it.
My coaches because they give me hard training but that's what I need to become a strong swimmer.
Port Macquarie Town Pool
When we do snap turns
We we do 60 laps
Climb outs because you have to swim to the end then get out and jump back in
Call me maybe
Do laps non stop
To do butterfly with lots of training
I calm myself whil listening to music
Just go out there and give it all you've got
On the blocks
Get out there and give 110 percent
Get out there and get us some PB's
Try and get to the Paralympics
Licking my lips
