How to Get Your Swimming Mojo Back!

While pools have been closed and swimming time has been limtied so many of us have just lost a bit of our swimming mojo. I know that I’ve struggled a bit! So here is a few tips to get that pep back into our step and get back to the pool!

Start Small…
Don’t worry about the distance that you’re swimming, or what distance you were swimming before the world got turnned upside down. The stress of worrying about how far you’re swimming can sometimes make it so much harder to get back in. I feel ya pain.

Set Some Small Goals…
Maybe it’s beating the person in the lane next to you to the wall. Maybe it’s feeling like you’re nailing your stroke for the whole sesison. Or maybe it’s geting a grammable photo while you’re there. Any goal that you hit will make the swim feel a whole lot more rewarding – and it’ll keep you excted for your next swim!

Go With A Friend…
I mean – who else is going to get that grammable photo?! But more seriously, someone to keep you company and keep you accountable in the pool will make the session fly by.

Get Some New Accessories…
Our motto is Look Good Swim Fast. And I think that it sums it up perfectly. For one, you’ll want to go to the pool just to show off your new kit! And nothing quite beats the feeling like you look amazing at the pool – because you do!
