Duties & Taxes
The shipping amount paid for your order does not include your local sales taxes or import duties. Your local customs office will contact you if you are required to pay any custom or duties. Each country has a different threshold for when customs will charge duty & taxes. If the duty & taxes are not paid the shipment will usually be destroyed by the carrier and no refund will be available.
We must legally declare the contents of the parcel and the full dollar value on your order.
If an order is returned to sender due to errors such as incorrect or incomplete postage addresses entered during checkout, customers will be asked to pay a fee to cover the cost of resending the package to the correct / updated address or we will deduct the fee from any refund owed. Return-to-sender parcels will be shipped once this fee has been paid.
The fee for domestic Australian orders via Australia Post is a flat rate $15. The fee for International orders is the cost price that the carrier charges us.
